Bookings:

A booking by telephone or Email will be held for 5 days (after we send a confirmation email in the case of email bookings) to allow a deposit cheque to arrive.  If no cheque arrives in this time, the dates will be made available for re-letting.

Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total letting charge is to accompany a booking.  The total letting balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.

Arrival/Departure:

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday - arrival after 2.00pm, departure before 10.00am.
